‘I was surprised how quickly I found employment. I now work for a design agency as a designer and my portfolio has increased. ‘
I had been working in a printing agency, scanning documents. It wasn’t the most exciting job but I took it with the hope of progressing from the “ground level” and working my way up the company. This proved to be a pipe dream, after 2 years I was still in the same job doing the same thing, no further on.
A friend of mine recommended that I checked out webmaster training. To be honest I was a little unsure at first but from the first moment I talked to an advisor I could see that the advice given was solid and gained from experience. I started training and it went smoothly. The tutors were on hand 24/7 to answer any questions that I had and were more than happy to add reassurance and check my work for errors.
Once I finished my training I provided my exercise files and all work I had completed to webmaster training and they created for me a professional looking portfolio. They also gave me training on how to write a good CV and also good interview skills.
I would recommend WMT to anyone looking to become a web designer.
